General Pump TS2021 Bare Pump

Bu model hakkında

The General Pump TS2021 stands as a premier workhorse in industrial pressure washing, renowned for its incredible durability and consistent performance. As part of the prestigious T Series 66 family, this triplex plunger pump is engineered to handle rigorous daily use in commercial environments. It features a forged brass manifold and solid ceramic plungers, designed to withstand high-temperature, high-pressure conditions and friction, ensuring a long service life even when pushed to its limits. The internal components, including the heavy-duty tapered roller bearings and the oversized connecting rods, provide a level of mechanical reliability that professional operators depend on for high-output cleaning tasks. This model is specifically optimized for belt-drive systems, enabling slower, cooler operation that preserves the integrity of seals and valves over thousands of hours.

This pump is the definitive choice for professionals who require a high flow rate without sacrificing pressure. The TS2021 excels in heavy-duty applications such as graffiti removal, industrial degreasing, and large-scale surface cleaning. Its ability to maintain a steady flow at lower RPMs reduces vibration and wear, making it a staple for truck-mounted systems and stationary pressure-wash bays.

Installing the TS2021 requires a precision-aligned belt drive system to ensure the 24mm solid shaft receives smooth power transfer from the engine or motor. Proper maintenance involves regular oil changes using non-detergent SAE 30-weight oil to keep the crankcase free of contaminants. Because of its 1450 RPM rating, the pump runs significantly slower than direct-drive counterparts, which drastically reduces the risk of overheating and cavitation. When paired with a properly sized unloader valve and thermal relief protection, the TS2021 serves as a nearly bulletproof heart for any professional-grade pressure washing rig.
