This industrial series trailer system pairs a Honda GX690 engine with a General TSF2021 triplex pump and a diesel fired heating system, all mounted on a dual axle trailer designed for real jobsite use. For fleet washing operations, grease and oil removal, and heavy duty degreasing work where cold water alone will not cut it, this unit is set up to keep working.

At the core of the HW3024HG12V-TD7 is a Honda GX690 engine, an air cooled, four stroke OHV design displacing 688 cc. Electric start with a 55 AH marine battery included means no pull cord, no wasted time, and no missed starts on a cold morning. The engine runs on 86 octane fuel with up to 10% ethanol and draws from a 14.4 gallon fuel tank, giving operators long runtime between fill ups.

Power reaches the pump through a belt drive system, a deliberate design choice that lowers heat, vibration, and RPM at the pump itself. The result is longer pump life and fewer service calls over the life of the unit, which matters as much to a fleet manager tracking uptime as it does to a technician working the truck.
